本隱私權政策制定日期：2026年9月30日
本隱私權政策由iRocks 艾芮克股份有限公司（以下稱「iRocks」）所提供的Omni Shift APP」（以下稱「本APP」）說明對個人資訊採取的安全、以及對個人資訊處理和維護，以充分保護個人的隱私權利。本隱私權政策條款是APP使用條款的一部分，為「用戶」（以下稱「用戶」或「您」）在使用APP或任何APP服務時應遵照的條例，特定應用程式APP的隱私權條款等等，切記點擊操作：
第一條 個人資訊的處理
為守護執行本APP，本APP會需要以下權限功能，無窮的權限將依情況於需要時提出聲請：
- 允許發送系統通知：使用者可以使用此功能接收即時通知；
- 允許連結附近的裝置和搜尋裝置：使用者可以使用本APP搜尋與連結附近的裝置主控權；
- 允許存取裝置中的檔案資料：使用者可以使用本APP手機存取的檔案資料，圖片、影片、音樂、文字、以及文件等；
- 允許以藍芽連線至附近的裝置：使用者可以透過藍芽APP連線顯示裝置畫面，提升相關控制與主控的裝置；
- 允許讀取裝置的唯一識別碼：使本APP獲取用戶裝置的唯一識別碼，用於生成唯一無重複的裝置對話權，或於系統各終端對應的裝置識別碼；
- 允許調整螢幕亮度：使用戶透過本APP調整螢幕亮度降低裝置耗電量，增強用戶視覺體驗。
當您使用本APP的過程中，這項功能會處理以下包含使用者的個人資訊：

為執行上述業務功能所需的必要個人資訊，包含上述這些資訊維護我們對您的個人資訊。若本APP用戶不同意，選擇不授權這些資訊或個人資訊拒絕授權時，將導致部分或完全無法存取相關服務功能。
第二條 個人資訊的保護、分享及公開
當本APP用戶許可後，我們會採取合理個人資訊安全防護措施，且保證在未獲得授權情況下不會將用戶個人資訊提供或分享給任何第三方。除非本隱私權政策另有規定外，未經您的事先許可或授權，否則本隱私權政策條款不會洩漏或分享給第三方。儘管本隱私權政策有前述規定，但若遇到以下條款之一時，將會揭露您的個人資訊：(1) 根據法律、法規的要求；(2) 為遵守行政或司法程序或相應機關要求；(3) 為維護以保護本隱私權政策所有人、雙方或物業權利或安全；(4) 為防止或處理欺詐安全性問題或個人資訊損害的風險或防止威脅個人安全的重大傷害而採取措施；(5) 依據法律規定，本APP用戶及公眾的權利、財產及安全。
第三條 隱私權政策的修改
本隱私權政策將會不定期檢查和更新，包含修訂本隱私權政策條款。您應定期查閱本APP的隱私權政策。若您在修訂後繼續使用本APP，即視為您接受變更後的隱私權政策。

iRocks Co., Ltd. Omni Shift APP Privacy Policy

Provisions set under this Omni Shift APP Privacy Policy ("hereinafter, the Privacy Policy") state privacy practices of iRocks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "iRocks", or "we" or "our") on the processing of personal information by the "Omni Shift APP" (hereinafter referred to as the "APP"), including what kind of information will be processed and with whom the information will be shared. This Privacy Policy applies to all information processed through this APP and constitutes a part of terms of use of this APP. Please read provisions set below carefully:
Article 1 Processing of Personal Information
This APP will use below listed features on your device for the purpose to fully execute this APP. Prior to using features listed below, we will ask you whether you agree to grant the corresponding permissions:
- Allow to send system notifications: Enable the User to obtain file transfer progress or other immediate notifications;
- Allow to detect your device and nearby devices: Enable the User to use the searching and pairing service of this APP to connect with a nearby device;
- Allow to access to information in your device: Enable the User to select which information to transfer through this APP, such as photos, videos, music, audio, text and documents;
- Allow to pair your device with a nearby device through Bluetooth: Enable the User to mirror device screen through this APP, transfer information to a nearby device, and transfer information from the nearby device to User device;
- Allow to read the device unique ID of your device: Allow this APP to automatically generate an identification code only for pairing after reading the User's device unique ID, so that the APP can confirm whether it is paired with the correct nearby device through the identification code;
- Allow to adjust the screen brightness: Enable the User to reduce the power consumption of the User's device when mirroring the screen to other device through this APP.
When you use this APP, iRocks may need to process, whole or in part of your personal information listed below:

In order to render the services described above and optimize the user experience, you hereby agree to authorize iRocks to process the aforementioned personal information. Please be noted that if you choose not to provide iRocks with personal information or you do not agree to grant iRocks the above permissions, we may not be able to provide you with such services, in part or in whole.
Article 2 Protection, Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Information
User should be aware that there are inherent risks in providing personal information to others under any circumstances, and no system or technology in existence can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or prevent from hacking. iRocks will make our best efforts to implement security measures in line with industry standards of this industry to protect the security of your personal information and abide by the Privacy Policy. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy or otherwise with your permission, iRocks will not disclose, sell or provide your personal information to any third parties. When you provide your personal information to iRocks, you expressly agree that such personal information can be used by iRocks and iRocks's affiliates. However, iRocks may disclose your personal information if one of the following circumstances occurs: (1) in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws or regulations; (2) to comply with relevant legal process or as required by government body; (3) to identify and contact the person who infringes iRocks's or others' rights or causes damage or hindrance to other property or interests of iRocks or others, or to take legal action against such person; and/or (4) to protect the rights, property and safety of iRocks, the User and the public.
Article 3 Amendments
This Privacy Policy may be amended by iRocks from time to time without notice. You are obliged to review the Privacy Policy of this APP regularly. If you continue to use this APP after reviewing the revised Privacy Policy, you are deemed to accept the change of Privacy Policy.
